Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Free Biodata for Marriage (freebiodataformarriage.com), a website that lets you create a marriage biodata and download it as a print-ready PDF or image.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

You fill in a form with your details, choose a design template, and see a live watermarked preview at no cost. To download the finished file without a watermark, you pay a one-time fee for that template.

The service is a document-formatting tool. We do not introduce you to prospective partners, verify anyone's details, or provide matchmaking, astrological advice, or matrimonial services of any kind.

The price is shown on each template before you pay and is charged once, per template, in Indian Rupees. Prices currently range from ₹29 to ₹59 depending on the design you choose.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — those go directly to Razorpay, who are certified to handle them.

Paying for one template unlocks that template only. Choosing a different design afterwards is a separate purchase, because each design is priced separately.

We may change prices at any time, but the price shown to you at the moment you pay is the price you are charged.

The details you enter — names, photographs, family and contact information, and horoscope data — remain yours. You keep all rights to them.

By using the service you confirm that you are entitled to provide those details, including any photograph you upload, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You grant us permission to process and render your details only for the purpose of generating and delivering your biodata file. We do not use your biodata for marketing, do not sell it, and do not publish it.

You agree not to use the service to create documents containing unlawful, fraudulent, obscene, or deliberately false information, or to impersonate another person.

You agree not to attempt to bypass payment, interfere with the site's operation, or extract the watermark-free output by circumventing the preview protections.

We may refuse or withdraw service where these terms are breached.

The template designs, artwork, layout engine, and site content are owned by us or licensed to us. Paying for a download gives you the right to use the resulting file for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — sharing it with family, prospective matches and marriage brokers.

It does not give you the right to resell the template, redistribute the designs, or offer a competing biodata service using our artwork.

We aim to keep the service available and correct, but we provide it on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

Horoscope charts are computed using standard sidereal (Lahiri ayanamsa) astronomical calculations from the birth details you supply. They are provided for convenience and presentation only. Accuracy depends entirely on the details you enter, and we make no representation about astrological interpretation.

You are responsible for checking your biodata for errors before sharing it.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the download in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any outcome of a marriage negotiation.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
