Shipping & Delivery

This is a fully digital service. There are no physical goods, nothing is posted to you, and no shipping address or delivery charge is ever required.

Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the download becomes available in your browser and you can save your biodata as a print-ready PDF or as an image.

There is no waiting period and no dispatch step.

Razorpay sends a payment receipt to the email address you enter at checkout, which is your proof of purchase.

Check your browser's download settings and any pop-up blocker, and make sure the tab stays in the foreground while the file is being prepared.

If it still does not work, email freebiodataformarriage@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will get your file to you. If we cannot, we refund you in full — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
