Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can build your complete biodata, choose any template, and see exactly how it will print — all free and with no account. The only thing payment unlocks is the final watermark-free file.

Because of this, you know precisely what you are buying before you are asked to pay. Please use the free preview to check your spelling, photograph, and layout carefully.

Your biodata is generated and delivered to your device immediately after payment. There is no order to cancel between purchase and delivery, and once the file has been delivered it cannot be returned.

For this reason we do not generally offer refunds for a successfully delivered download.

We refund the full amount, no questions asked, in any of these situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same biodata.

• Payment was taken but the file never became available to download.

• The file we produced is corrupted, blank, or materially different from the preview you approved.

• You were charged after cancelling, or charged an amount other than the price shown on the template.

Email freebiodataformarriage@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment. Include the email address you used at checkout and the Razorpay payment reference from your receipt, and tell us briefly what went wrong.

We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we process it, the money typically reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not charge any processing fee on a refund.

We cannot refund a purchase because of a mistake in the details you entered, since the free preview shows exactly what will be produced. If you spot a typo after downloading, contact us — we will usually help you regenerate a corrected file rather than ask you to pay again.

We also cannot refund a purchase simply because you later preferred a different template, as each design is a separate product priced separately.
